For database changes it is very simple to do it via the admin panel:
Builders > Profile Fields > Fields Builders
I basically want two types of Join Forms. One for Real Estate Professionals and one for Buyers/Sellers. Most of the fields are already in there, they just need to be changed or checked.
Basically at first it will have a drop down Selector for them to pick one-

Then it will go to one of the registration forms pertinent to it.
One Join form for Buyer or Sellers which will require
And the second Join form for Real Estate Professionals which will require:
-Nickname in [url removed, login to view] format
-Mobile Phone Number
-I have been a Real Estate Agent for X years (and I want it to increase automatically every year by one) so x+1
-Real Estate Company
-Office Phone Number
-Specializing in (3 text fields so they can input)
-Specializing in the following areas (this will be 3 fields that they can input a Country, City, State and Zip (3 times) that is also connected to the Search)
- Buyers and Sellers
This is basically a match type of thing. Matching RE professionals with buyers and/or sellers and matching Buyers with Sellers and/or RE professionals, and matching Sellers with Buyers and/or RE professionals.
