Interior ceiling heights are 9'-0". Building will sit 18" above grade.
AutoCAD conventions: Draw to scale in modelspace to fit provided 11x17 title block. You should end up with four or five sheets. Provide dimensions, section lines, and text callouts in paperspace (NO PRINTED TEXT OR DIMENSIONS IN MODEL SPACE). Dimensions in feet, inches. Provide plan and all 4 elevations. Drawing is a sketch; only the outside dimensions are accurate (30' x 70'). Move interior walls, windows and doors to produce rooms with dimensional increments of 3 inches (eg 5' 3", 7'-6", 13'-9", 12'-0", NOT 10'-2" or 4'-1.5") wherever possible. Hatching may not be used to show finishes unless it is oriented and scaled appropriately. Label elevations.
