Conversion of a small 200 year old chapel into a two bedroom dwelling near Cwmbran. The chapel has protected status which is below that listed status building regulations still have to be followed. The chapel is basically a hall which has a small graveyard attached to it and is situated in the middle of a housing estate. Work has to comply with building regs that will be inspected at each stage by the local planner’s department. Staged payment will be made in arrears as each phase is successfully completed. Labour only.
