I need a professional (preferably a Quantity Surveyor) to complete a cost plan (most likely an order of cost estimate also), a valuation and a space budgeting report (one for current usage, and one for future growth).
Other help, though not essential, may be needed for corporate strategy consultancy (advising clients on office relocations) or knowledge about tax relief issues in regards to office relocation and new build developments.
I will provide all information required to the selected individual,such as employee usage, future employee growth, site location, etc.
All bidders will need to be open to rectify changes to the completed reports, which may possibly be weeks, or days later.
