Simple VB Scraping needed for data from outlook email files

Job Description:
Objective: We need a simple scraping function created that will scrape information from a group of outlook emails that reside in a folder on the local desktop called “Scrape”.
Specifics:
There will be two types of emails present in the folder.
Email Type 1: Will have rentalsATbostonlogic-dot-com in the From field (see Email1 as example)
Email Type 2: Will NOT have in the From field (see Email2 as example)
Desired Functionality:
- For Email Type 1, Name, Email Address, Neighborhood and date of email data will be scraped and placed into an excel file called “SPG DB” (located on desktop of local PC) onto tab called RentalLead (see Email1 for format of email);
- Form Email Type 2, Email Address (taken from From field in email) and date of email will be scraped and placed into an excel file called “SPG DB” (located on desktop of local PC) onto tab call SiteLead (see Email2 for format of email);
