Project Description

I am looking for someone whom can help me take advantage of a Digium 1TE420BF
Description: Four (4) span digital T1/E1/J1/PRI PCI-Express x1 card and hardware echo cancel

or other similar t1 card

It must be robust enough to build a chat system / party line as in depth as 1+(775)533-3040 , with monitoring capabilities; ie disconnecting , blocking, muting, etc., this system is programed in C+ , if it can be done with asterisk then please provide proof.

I would like real time stats as well as a cabs billing module that tracks each DNIS with rollover. So for instance, if I have one advertiser having his customers dial in on the 3040 and one dialing in on 3050 they must both use the same system but have separate stats available.

please consult [url removed, login to view] and call the 775 to find out what i'm looking for.

please visit [url removed, login to view] to see the kind of real-time stats i need. those lines are asterisk configured but doesn't have the feature set, voice mail, private chat, etc of the c+ programmed lines of [url removed, login to view] that i'm looking for.

p.s. this will NOT be VOIP! please don't respond with voip options.

this system must run on windows server 2008 running IIS 7.5

I also set up something with voxeo using vxml but could not figure out callers setting up there own voice mail without it already being predetermined or figure out private messaging or adding a voice personals for dating option.

your quote should include software solution only. if you have recommendations on hardware feel free to include but i will be building this box myself. thanks.
