ex4 decompiler software or tools

I would like a software that can decompile *.ex4 files to *.mq4 for mt4 The program should be Windows based running on XP or Vista I Most Prefer, the program that have a GUI that asks for the .ex4 file location and outputs the decompiled .mq4 file, later it can be edited in MetaEditor 4 and recompiled. However, if it needs series of tools and action then it also welcome that you give me a package of tools and the tutorial. I can do little thing in programming below is sample of ex4 and the original one...
