81184 Image Slicer

I need a little script to use on my home computer and not online (so pick the appropriate language). This script will do the following to an image gif or jpg: 1)Embed rounding gifs to the top corners (see red boxes on uploaded image) 2)Slice the image into specifically sized parts (as per uploaded image) 3)Name them appropriately (ie For header.gif. the script might name the parts [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc.) Payment through Scriptlance when script is working to my satisfaction.
