I need a C++ program that will do 2 things.
1. Generate a good RGB palette image with both sharp and smooth edges between differently coloured areas. To see an example of what it should generate, please have a look at the uploaded file. The image has to be original that's why I don't just pick one from the internet, but instead I need a generated one. Also, the function which generates the image, has to accept two parameters that trigger the following image specifics: how sharp should be overall the edges and the amount of sharp edges over the smooth ones.
2. Secondly, the software has to implement an algorithm for improving the demosaicing methods used in image processing. The target is to eliminate some specific artifacts present in the resulted image processed with most of the known demosaicing algorithms. The specifics of this algorithm will be given to the chosen bidder afterwards. Just to have an idea about it: it is quite complex, requires a good knowledge of C / C++ and there are some matrix operations involved which require very good skills in mathematics.
If the winning bidder has the required skills, I would estimate about 10 to 15 hours of work for the whole implementation.
