Following are application requirements:

Looking for development firm to program a Social Networking application to be written primarily in AJAX, PHP, MySQL, C, C++, and optimized for speed and multi server expandability. Application must be written in a modular manner.

Must be able to provide examples of SRS and finished product. All work must be documented and examples of coding techniques and completed site portfolio must be provided before being awarded project.

Must have a registration system, “Join, Login/Logout” with tracking all logins and their GeoIPs.

Joined users must have the ability to assign Admin rights and then setup security permissions and rights for other users joining his group.

Must be able to upload/download and store files and versions in a unique fashion.

Must have complete embedded email system. Additionally, a separate section for “Pop'ing” personal email if desired. System must have the ability to create threaded views and be able to be indexed internally within the group.

Must be able to push Advertisements based on demographic, gender and tracked user interest.

Must have a “Rating System”

Application must be able to interface with GoogleMaps (GeoIP)

Application must be able to dynamically create skinned views via an optional “Wizard” type sign-up form for “Paid” version.

Application must have some degree of an accounting system and interface with

Needlesss to say, the backend MUST be able to create reports of all site activity and be able to be modified dynamically.

Firm must have high degree of Web. 2.0 + knowledge.
