Can be done in Delphi 6,7 too. I'm looking for windows intelligent spam blocker applications to resell. Should work alone and with Outlook and Outlook express. It must be aleady built and fully working. I will need a full working demo upfront before i buy. I will also need full rights to this software, to resell, modify and issue reseller rights. This means i will need any source code. So you must be the full owner of this software. If your not, you could be sued by the owner ! Must be original programmed code. I will only spend a max of $200, so don't bid above that.
