Implementation of VANET Network in Network Simulator 2

I need the implementation of the Vehicular Ad-Hoc Network (VANET) in NS2 (Network Simulator 2.35 Preferably).

Basically it is the broadcast pattern in vehicular ad-hoc netwrok and increasing its reliability. I am attaching the Paper Presentation on which I need the implementation. Please read the paper thoroughly before you Bid. Also note that resembling projects are already available in the internet, so please don't copy and paste because i have gone through each one of them. I need the exact implementation of the Paper which i have attached here.
