Linux Camera Capture Card Driver

I have a 16 Channel IDIS video capture card that I would like to use on a Linux box - Debian based. The card works fine on Windows but I cannot locate a driver for Linux. The card only has one (1) BT878 Conextant chip and is recognized by the kernel on boot but is recognized as a generic card with 4 inputs and does not work with zoneminder or xawtv. I would like a driver for this piece of hardware without recompiling the kernel. I can provide the windows driver (if needed) and access to the box it is installed in.
