Anti-Cheat System (Not Complecated)

Hello Freelance World, The project is to create a Gaming Anti-Cheat System for the following game : Quake III Arena 1.16n Version. Features: 1. Server Side Anti-Cheat 2. Log file with all the banned players details, full player name, ip address, how many games is banned, what type of cheat he used. 3. Being able to choose if you want to store only the players that cheated in a log file with the details mentioned above or banning automatically as soon as they get detected. 4. Being able to manually preset the numbers of games that you want the player to get banned, from 1 game to 999 or infinite Now i added a customize budget because the person who will take over this project in the end might have a lot of experience on this matter and he will be able to create a Client Side also Anti-Cheat which i'm also thinking about it but not sure yet, the important at the moment is Server Side Anti-Cheat System so no one would need to download it anything just to add the Anti-Cheat System that you will great in my server.
