Project Description

I need someone that can create and help maintain linux drivers for a video capture card that does not have linux drivers.

I have the firmware for the card, I have the source code of the drivers for windows. I have the instructions in english and Russian for the FPGA card.

The card will need to work in linux as a capture card for both types of input, ASI and SDI. Preferred that you know what that is, but I suspect that it is not 100% required.

Please don't waste my time with useless bids. I expect you to show me proof that you have done something similar to this before. I will only select a winner once I know 100% you are able to handle the job. I will expect you to be able to do this remotely via ssh/terminal, I am available every day to work with you to do the testing properly. If needed, I can consider sending you one card, but you need not only the card, but you would need a suitable source too, and then it gets expensive to do that. From here I can give you what ever is needed. I am open for discussion, you can add my username on skype if you wish to discuss in detail before I award the project to you. Please make mention of this project when trying to add me to your list.
