Setup XCode projects for me

I have 2 Visual Studio solutions that were written to be portable. I need someone to create project files for Mac OSX (latest XCode) to build them. No programming is required. If there are any build errors caused by non-portable code just document them; you don't have to fix them. Other than portability issues, both projects should build without errors. For someone with good XCode experience this should take very little time. The "engine" project creates static/link libraries that are used by the "game" project. I want these to remain as separate projects. If you can also set them up for iPod/iPad, please mention that in your bid as I'd like to release for iOS as well. The engine folder has separate folders for window/osx/ios-specific code. I am not a Mac guy and I have a brand new Mac Mini with XCode 4 on it. As part of the final hand off I'll need some instruction on setting things up so I can build the resulting projects.
