Wordpress Customized Plugin (Element) - Status Bar or Pie

I need someone who can do work on adding Element on my wordpress. What I wanted to happen is that in a page for example there are 4 videos. If the customer is finished watching 1 video she/he can just click a box to mark it "check" and a status bar or pie will say 25%. So if he/she completed 4 videos and marked it all a check the status bar/pie will tell 100%. We will discuss further more and you will be given access to check yourself if you can do the task or not.
