vb.net coding( source code)

Looking for source code in vb.net to make an app that has a client and server. client is silent and non visible restarts with computer. server is visible has options like view desktop, remote desktop, all different ways to control computer, maybe a chat iniiated by server to client with option to reply so i can tell employees to get back to work or discuss with them. would be nice if i could see it on my iphone too, but only if that kind of thing can be done.
almost forgot im beginner in vb.net im just wanting the project files or source code as i plan to upgrade program in future.
