CMS Editor with serverside spell and grammarchecking

Scenario: I need a Jquery plugin as a CMS Editor with the capacity to choose styles from a css file as well as the normal stuff like H1, H2... , lockquote, Hyperlinks, ajax image-upload and cropping. The spellchecker should autodetect the language using word 2010 on the serverside and communicate with the Editor via jquey/json. The Image uploader should also be enable users to crop the image and upload via http with query strings as parameters. The query strings should be configurable in the webconfig or as parameters in the jquery plugin. User story: As a User I wan to be able to edit text and images and have the system spell and grammar check the result before submitting it. As a User I want to be able to use the Editor to upload and crop images in the same process. As a User I want to be able to format my text with styles and common html tags like H1, H2, block quotes, tables and lists. As a developer I want to be able to configure the styles added to the Editors styles dropdownlist by providing the path of a single style sheet. As a developer I want to be able to configure the path to where the images are uploaded. As a developer I want to be able to configure the query strings added to the upload path. As a developer I want to be able set the max width and max height of the crop area. As a system I want to be able to auto detect the language of the text the User is submitting before spell and grammar checking. ---- I would suggest that you take an existing open source editor preferably ck editor and add the needed functionality into it and than use word 2010 on the server side to do the spell and grammar checking. The code must be in C# and Jquery and work with all major browsers as well as in an asp.net mvc 3 project sample using the editor. The Jquery version should be 1.5 and the C# version should be 4.0
