I need to able to calculate the Gini Coefficient Index in vb.net. For more information on the gini coefficient see [url removed, login to view]

There is already some starter code available at [url removed, login to view] . However this code produces incorrect results . There is a bug in the code but I do not know where or what the error is

The working end result of the correct vb.net code should match the results at [url removed, login to view]
