I would like a small simple C# application which will run in the background of a Windows PC which will listen to all winsock traffic looking for URLs from web browsers (which could be IE, Chrome, Firefox, or others) and when it sees a new URL being requested (GET HTTP protocol) a simple MSGBOX popup will appear. This is to be used as a starting point for a larger project, hence the Msgbox. All code must be commented so that I can easily follow it.
Only when new URLs are requested will a message be displayed, for example browsing to [url removed, login to view] (which will display the messagebox) then clicking on a page link on the page to [url removed, login to view] will NOT display the message as the user has already been prompted that [url removed, login to view] is a new URL.
Please No 3rd party libraries/addin, unless they can be distributed with final application (ie, open source). Please check with me that we can use required library.

Hello! Can do it in about 10 days. It is better to do it with [url removed, login to view] library that is free to use and most popular windows socket packets interception library. Sincerely, Vlad. Vlad.
