simple afls to be developed

Looking for simple afl work for now. AFL to screen shares which cross previous day high or low and should not retouch its prev day in 1 minute time frame. even gap up / down shares above previous day high also to be considered. My budget is 500-1000 for this work. After seen this work another afl to be developed as continuation for this work. I can pay good amount for that.
