small AutoCad project - draw plate with 11 drill holes

BACKGROUND: I am using some rack cases with a motherboard that doesn't need a power supply. This leaves a blank hole where the power supply was. At the same time, our product has a board that goes in this spot and has need for a plate which the case manufacturer has agreed to make as long as they have a CAD drawing of the needed holes. I have included the original CAD drawing of the case but please note that the actual case seems to vary from the actual (see photo) where there are spaces for 3 mounting holes. I need an AutoCad drawing of this small (40 mm x 83 mmcover plate showing the drill hole sizes and locations I would like to be able to print it out full size here and match up the template to verify TERMS - will 50% down, 50% in escrow upon verification - might have to go back and forth a couple of times to print and verify the template matches up...
