House 2D Plans for Council Approval

Looking for 2D CAD diagrams from paper drawings for council approval. The following are required to be created from supplied to scale drawings. Existing House Plan New Extension Plan Sub Floor Plan Northern Elevation Plan Eastern Elevation Plan Section Plan The supplied diagrams are about extending house onto the deck and need the plans created to show the council expected work. I do need fast turn around and hopefully this is a very easy job for someone with a bit of 2D CAD skills.
