Project Description

Create a boilerplate (no actual) functionality, just simple UI for Windows in C++ (no .NET please).

Basic requirements:
- Should be able to build from scratch from command line in one command
- MSI installer with correct install/unistall/upgrade (application name: "Quisque Tellus Sapien") and end user license agreement step (take any text)
- Windows 7, Windows 8 support
- Clean code with some comments
- No additional components should be required during install
- Should be able to open and build with the latest MS Visual Studio

- After program is launched, the notification icon appears in the tray (the same area where sound icon is located). Also program should be launched just after install
- When notification icon is clicked the popup window appears
- There are two states: Idle and Working
- Popup window/menu in the "Idle" state:
Start (goes to the state "working")
Stop (grayed/disabled)
Results (shows message box)
Exit (exits the program; the tray icon correctly disappears)
- Popup window/menu in "working" state:
Text (not clickable): Lorem ipsum dolor: <line break>Vivamus adipiscing accumsan velit, et auctor velit semper sed.
Start (grayed/disabled)
Stop (goes to "Idle" state)
Results (shows message box)
Exit (exits the program; the tray icon correctly disappears)
