For this project, I need a program that will build a cubic curve editor, similar to using the point tool in Adobe Illustrator. The program should construct a closed cubic curve by entering points. Each vertex entered by the user becomes a point that is to be interpolated and/or approximated by the program via a cubic curve. The curve should be editable.

Attached are some sample programs and notes to help.

I'm an independent engineer who has been freelancing for some years now. I enjoy both programming and designing/building digital electronic devices. I especially like challenging projects in which I can combine both disciplines. I graduated from Electronics Engineer and later got a Masters in Computer Sciences/Graphics at ITESM, in Mexico. Since I graduated, I've been working both in the academy (UNAM) and in the industry, so I have a homogeneous experience with theory and practice. If I'm bidding on your project or you're contacting me to work on one, please be aware of the following: - I will never bid on a project or accept something I'm not sure I can complete. - When I give you a budget, I'll stick to it. However if you want changes or extensions, I will budget that separately. - Unless I need to purchase something to develop your project (like getting some components), I won't ask for any money released upfront. However, I will ask for at least 50% of the project cost to be deposited in escrow before I start. - I will not accept any project which promotes any kind of dishonesty or unlawful activity, including copying sites, decoding captchas, cracking software, doing your homework... you get the idea. - I will not accept any project which promote harming animals or Nature in any way. That includes anything that promotes hunting, meat production, animal experimentation, etc... If you cancel the project for any reason not derived from a fault on my side, I can issue a partial refund. I will withhold the commission I got charged for accepting the project plus an amount proportional to the time I've been working on your project. If I require your input at some point during the project but you don't provide it within a reasonable time, the delivery date will very likely have to be delayed by the same amount of time I kept waiting for said input.
