small c++ work - Repost - open to bidding

If you are an experienced c++ system / shell programmer with vast knowledge in Windows internals, this project can be quite simple for you, on more than 2-3 hours and get an excellent ratings, and long term work relation. We have a software project which contain the capability of running over a Visual Studio c++ solution, adding encrypting to each file (.cpp or .h) and add on the fly decryption during runtime. We need some enhancements: 1. Fix few bugs – cases where parts of the files aren't encrypted properly 2. Add user interface: a. Select a project, solution or a single file. b. Should support multiple selections and drag and drop c. Decrypt back – places an encrypted project / solution / file/s back to the original (for your convenience, our current code, generate a comment containing the original text before encryption). 3. Encrypt and decrypt arrays of chars (or WCHARS). 4. Small enhancements and fixes.
