I have been developing a commercial real estate enterprise software solution using FileMaker to manage every aspect of my commercial real estate services business. This includes commission management, property database, contacts, assets, property management issues, sign management, proposal generation, transaction management and more. I do not have the time to continue development and since I am not a professional developer it is obviously taking me far too long. I am struggling to complete the project when I get bogged down in programming basic functionality that I am certain is not unique to my application.

Virtually all my record/data entry layouts have been created, although I have not yet optimized their design. What is still needed is some core entry steps such as cascading data entry screens (e.g., when entering a prospective tenant the contact layout screen must open to see if the contact is in the database, if not he/she needs to be added, then cascading to add the company, cascading to add the address record, etc.)

It is not possible to share the details of this project in a brief email. If there is an interest in pursuing then perhaps after determining the capabilities of the Freelancer we could follow up with a webex to review the project online in realtime. That should be a reasonable process to ensure all parties understand the scope and commitment.
