We are a small direct mail company. We are looking for someone to build us (thru salesforce or any other online CRM - Preferably free service- One 1 employee from our company will handle this so 1 login is fine), a workflow process, where after getting the order from the customer and finalize all the details we can send this customer a link with all the details of the order, may be even attache few files. The customer receives a link, click on it, and approve it (may be thru an approval button and type his/her name).

This way, we can guarantee that all the details are seen all at once, and we have an approval record, rather than going thru a bunch of emails.

The customer should NOT need to create an account or login or do anything that might be considered an extra step.

The customer should not be able to make any changes, this is only a final review and approval process. I also would like the option that the customer can pay the fees as he approves, if possible this is not very important but nice to have. We need it to be simple. It's preferable that this CRM system be available on handheld devices.

This form will be about 10-15 fields.
