Image Mapping for Modals on Hover

There is an image attached that requires the marker locations be mapped so that on hover they change state and produce a modal with a thumbnail and hyperlinked caption. There are about 22 locations to map. You can clone the same modal content over an over, but be sure that each modal has place in the HTML to change the content individually. An example of the functionality: [login to view URL] (we do not need the animation, just the rollover effects through image sprite.) You will deliver the validated HTML5, CSS, and jQuery code, and the image sprite to power this. Should be completed within a few hours.
