PSD to HTML for iPad/tablet compatibility

We already have a design done in PSD. What we need is for a conversion to have it compatible to the iPad screen. jQuery, jQtouch, jQueryMobile or equivalent can be used. Please include your resume and past web app work portfolio if you have any. This project is all about having a website to look like an app. A good knowledge in CSS is also a must for this project. Major tasks: 1. Convert login page. 2. Convert main home page. 3. Must complete project by June 10th. (Friday EST) Please see attached sample home page for reference. The design conversion is all about the front end. Data and programing for the backend will be done separately.
