Simple HTML/CSS Website

Hello all, I have a simple HTML/CSS project. I have 16 pages designed in power point to be converted into a HTML/CSS website. The pages are very simple, just lots of text and a few images on each page. All the pages have the same format, it would probably take me 2/3 hours to do. The project will also require a small carousel (to go through a few images with text). Please use JQuery for this. I need someone to do this for me today (in the next 5 hours).
