Fibre and radiowave signal to radiowave signal cabling and routing design
We are IT support company located in Tokyo, Japan and are looking for an experienced senior or higher professional who has experience designing and implementing 10Gbps or 100Gbps fibre OR radiowave to radiowave tier 1 or tier 2 carrier system to start ISP service.
Cost of fibre is very high, so I believe that radiowave to radiowave hopping for network packet delivery may be the best option. Including this, I am looking for professionals who have can design, decide which land to take, how disaster recovery route against signaling disruption take, how I can supply power to each station, etc.

Age restriction: between 27 and 45.
We will use Skype, remote desktop, Teamviewer, and VNC to exchange information and discuss with Tokyo office frequently. In some cases, I may have to come to work with me.
