Wik May ltd is a spatial planning & Interior design company located in Hong Kong. We currently have the opportunity to deliver a landscape package for an existing client. Wik May ltd requires an experienced Landscape designer to work from Wik May's existing concept design and develop this into a full design package with out technical supervision.
This high profile landscape design project will start in 1-2 months. After the drawing package has been developed the project will take a few months to construct and site supervision from the designer is required. Hopefully the client will approve and star the project sooner.
Site size around 1 acre of public land,
The Designer must have;
A degree in Landscape design or similar subject from a recognised institute,
At least 5-7 years experience delivering projects,
Experience in delivering finished landscape projects in Hong Kong,
Knowledge of landscape planting in Hong Kong,
Can produce a full landscape drawing package for tender,
Can communicate and work with a QS & geotechnical studies, structural and cival engineers,
Can project manage the construction team in Hong Kong, Cantonese would be a benefit although not required,
Can source material samples and make final material choices,
Can work from home and possesses legal copies of software,
Must be able to carry out site visits through out the project construction phase on Hong Kong Island,
