Project Description

Description\r\nSeeking a ghostblogger for our client, a service provider in the electronic test & measurement equipment industry. We need an experienced writer to produce a weekly blog now, bi-weekly posts starting late summer and may continue for one year.\r\n\r\nAbout the Blog\r\nOur audience consists of engineers and technicians that use test and measurement equipment, primarily in the US. (Therefore, the blog must be written in US English.) Subject matter includes test equipment, calibration, and repair and maintenance issues. \r\nEngineers are busy; this blog needs to be worth reading. \r\n\r\nThe Successful Writer \r\nThe blog must address, from an engineering perspective, the typical problems that arise over the lifecycle of test equipment and suggest how our client\'s services can solve their problems or make their work easier. \r\nWe will give first consideration to writers with - \r\n- a relevant engineering background\r\n- SEO blogging experience for a technical audience \r\n- an understanding of marketing basics \r\n\r\nAssignment Details \r\nBlog posts are needed weekly now. By August 1, we expect to publish twice a week for at least 1 year.\r\nTypical posts are 300-700 words long. You submit the text; we\'ll handle the blog publishing end of things. \r\nWe expect light editing/changes to be needed; nobody\'s perfect. On the other hand, we expect professional writers to work ahead so that the publishing schedule is not compromised.\r\n\r\nTo apply for this job, please send your resume and links to relevant writing samples. If your qualifications seem to be a good match for our client we will contact you with more information; at that time we may ask you to create a post or two on a trial basis.\r\n\r\nCompensation \r\nFee per post is to be determined and will depend on quality.
