Daily administrative support needed

Hi, My name is Angie, and I need a lot of help! Last year, I started my own business, but I haven't done any accounting. I need data entry support and basic accounting skills to help me collect and organize data to file my taxes. I also am trying to start a new business (maybe a couple!) and need help researching basic rules, developing narrative for a website, logo design, business formation, etc. Finally, I need some personal help. I have a hard time with my own money management and could use help developing an Excel or Access database to track and manage my finances. Please send me any samples you think demonstrate your skills. I would appreciate help from someone who is fast and efficient. I would also ask that as I request items, I may set a time limit or ask you to estimate how long it will take. I don't want to think that something will take 2 hours and then get a bill for 10. I would most appreciate someone who can dedicate time to my projects for at least 1-2 hours per day. I would especially appreciate someone who can manage a to-do list and remind me of important tasks and dates. Thank you!
