Turn a bulk Word document into individual Word pages / forms

We have a single Word document (69 pages) that contains about 30 forms. Currently, these forms are all in a single document. We need someone to put each form into a single Word document. It's easier and faster to post this on vWorker than do it ourselves. Very quick and easy job for someone with good Word skills ## Deliverables See the attached Word document. Each "Form" contained in that document needs to be in its own separate Word document. This will make it easier for us to edit the individual forms, plus link to them on our HR system / wiki.
