I need a virtual assistant who can read/write/speak in French and English.
The candidate must:
- Have good French/English skills (write/read/speak)
- Have ability to adapt easily to new tasks/projects
- Be a quick learner
- Have good internet research skills
- Have good sense of priorities and know how to manage work time
- Be dependable/reliable
- Have high-speed internet connexion
- Give detailed information on work done when finishing a task (on our online timesheet system)
- Have a modern PC computer
- Be available to work between 10 to 20 hours a week (might be more if you are interested as the company grows)
- Sign NDA (non disclosure agreement)
Sample tasks include:
- Post articles on our websites (already written articles must be reformatted to fit our wiki system)
- Filter/sort/reply to company's emails accounts emails
- Do followup with current projects progress from sub-contractant. and send me progress report
- Research information on a subject and send me the information
- Moderate forums on our websites. Delete spam, move messages in correct folders.
- Web site maintenance
- Writing documents/articles for our websites
- Make phone calls to confirm attendance to an event (long-distance bill will be refunded)
- Make research on the internet, call by phone to get information.
- Get pricing information by internet/phone and make an Excel list for comparison
... there will be other tasks too. So I need someone who can adapt easily and is polyvalent!
