I am a private equity/venture capital professional working for an impact/social investment firm that invests in small and medium companies in Iraq.

I am looking for a specialist to develop a practical and implementable social media/personal branding strategy for my Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Google+, Youtube, Pininterest, Instagram, etc. My goal is to establish myself as a subject matter expert in the field of social/impact investment and entrepreneurship in general in the middle east.

The proposed strategy shall include implementation plans and timelines on the what, why, how, when, where.

I currently have 2,500 friends (mostly social, some business connections) on facebook, 1300 connections on Linkedin and 550 twitter followers. I also have a personal website, which is still under construction [url removed, login to view] and the strategy has to be linked to establishing this website in a manner that links all the activities.

My main stakeholders are: entrepreneurs, small/medium size business owners, investors, media and financial services practitioners.

Target geographies are: UAE, Saudi, Kuwait, Qatar, Iraq and Egypt.

The key success measures of the strategy are

a) increase in the number of followers

b) increase in the engagement levels to my activities (articles, blogs, posts, etc...).

c) Increase in speaking engagements and writing opportunities in relevant newspapers and websites.

The strategy shall highlight ways on how to automate the process of implementation going forward.

Once the strategy is set, further engagements will follow to implement the strategy.
