My name is Larry Goins. I am an internet marketer and info marketer. We sell books, home study courses, coaching to peole who want to learn how to invest in real estate. Our customer would be considered an opportunity seeker or biz opp seeker. Someone who is interested in real estate investing. Many of our customers come from other info/internet marketers who are in the real estate investing space. We do joint ventures with them and they market our products to their list. Such as Dave Lindahl, Jeff Adams, Ron Legrand and others. I want to create a research report to give to other affiliate marketers who may not be in my niche so they can market our services. I am attending Affiliate Summit in January for the first time and there will be affiliates there who market all kinds of products and services. I want to create a special report about 10-15 pages long titled "9 Deadly Facts Affiliate Marketers Must Face To Grow Their Business Now". The purpose of the report is to be able to offer some valuable content to affiliates while also promoting our products, services and the niche were in. Here is a list of the 9 that I have so far... I want to start out the report by saying: This is not going to be a report about mobile marketing, testing and tracking or any other technical stuff. 1: Niche markets: the different kinds of markets. like consumer, b2b, b2c, etc. The goal in this section is to get the reader to want to promote to biz opp niche. more millionaires are made in real estate than any other business. (real estate information products is what we sell) 2: The types of products to sell. The goal in this section is to convince them that the highest ticket item is selling information as it has the highest mark up and largest commissions. 3: Cross promoting products that are different than your list. The goal of this section is to get them to promote biz opp products to their list no matter what their list consist of. EX: promoting a real estate investing product to an internet marketing list. which we have done with a lot of success. 4: Promote big ticket items. the goal of this section is to get them to want to promote our high ticket home study courses that cose $997 or more nd get paid half. stop messing around with promoting ring tones and coupon sites where you get paid a few pennies. 5: Work with advertisers that have good funnels with multiple upsells. the goal of this on is to show them how they can simply drive traffic to a site and the advertiser does the rest of the work. 6: Work with advertisers that will pay you on upsells. the goal of this is to get them to want to work with people who pay on multiple products and sells like we do. 7: Promote continuity programs. the goal is to show them that they make the sale once and get paid monthly. 8: Promote live events. the goal of this one is to get them thinking about promoting liv events to people on their list that live in specific geographic areas. live event sales are at a much higher percentage than online sales. plus it is a higher ticket item. 9: Take them offline. what i mean by this is that leads are generated online but unless someone really touches them by calling them then they can get lost in the shuffle. Work with an advertiser who has a call center and can call every good lead and turn them into a sale that you get paid for.
