I plan to build a website and blog on workout and fitness. I’m looking for an experienced writer who has experience in writing about healthy lifestyle, fitness, exercise, and workout. Keywords I’m targeting will be cardio workouts, ab workouts, strength training, weight workout, workout ideas, and fitness equipment. I need the writer to write the following; Homepage, About Me page, Other Pages.

Homepage will be “TOTAL BODY WORKOUT”. Please write from 600 to 700 words. Please include the following;

Introduction – Briefly describe the important and benefit of having good health by doing workout, proper diet. Describe the workout and its benefit of Strength Training Workouts, Cardio Workouts, and Body Weight Workouts targeting all the muscles in the body, including the abs, hips, glutes, thighs, chest, back, shoulders, and arms.

Stretching - Describe the important of stretching before doing the workout

Equipment - Give some introduction to the fitness equipment mentioning purpose and benefit of using treadmills, elliptical trainers, exercise bikes, rowers, step machines, dumbbells, home gyms, balance trainers, inversion equipment, core and abdominal trainers, weights and kettlebells.

Hello I’m Adam C Walker, called me Adam. Thank you for stopping by my blog. I’ve been doing workout seriously since 2009. Now I’m starting blogging hopefully by sharing can benefit others. I’ve reading a lot about weight loss and fitness and have been with personal trainers. I’ve been losing weight since 2009. It’s a slow process but sustained weight loss. I have lived a better day to day lifestyle. I’m an engineer by profession and have traveled to many parts of the globe for job assignment. Everywhere I go workout is a must to do.
