Adding 200 Products To Our Shopping Cart

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Deliverables Okay, here's what we need: We just started a new website, and we need someone to add the products to the shopping cart. We have someone who usually does this for us on Rent-A-Coder, but she isn't available right now. She typically charges us $1.00 per product she adds to the cart. The shopping cart is very simple to use, and is quite user-friendly, but we need someone to add the products for us. You can take a look at the shopping cart to get an idea of how the admin area is setup here: [login to view URL] This will be a continuous work project, meaning that after you have added these products to the our cart, we will hire you to add/update/remove products as necessary as the wholesale company changes their product line. We will create the product categories, and will also create the shipping setup, etc. This is what you will have to do: 1) Create a title for the product (you can cut and paste this from the wholesale company's website) 2) Add the image for the product (you can add it from their website, or from the .zip file we'll send you containing all of the images for the all of the products) 3) Create a description for the product (you can cut and paste this from the wholesale company's website) 4) Decide whether or not the product will be "featured" or listed as "new" (this will be up to you, and we trust you do to do this) by selecting the radio button for it in the admin area. 5) Add the product options (i.e. size, color, etc. -- this is also available on the wholesale company's website) That's it pretty much! As I said, our previous coder Monica, would do this for us at $1.00 per product she added, and we have worked with her for the last 4 years on Rent-A-Coder, but she has recently become unavailable for these types of projects. For example, if we wanted 300 products added, Monica would charge $300. Feel free to look at the demo shopping cart listed above, and if you feel like it's worth more than $1.00 per product for example, let us know, and if you can justify your reasoning for the price increase, we may choose your bid anyway. This bid is to add 200 products, so we're looking for bids of around $200 or so, obviously, but will look at higher bids, if you can justify your pricing. Now, I also want to point out, Monica was from Romania, but her English was VERY GOOD, and as a result, her product descriptions were very accurate. If you do not speak good English, or cannot speak good English on the phone (we will call you to discuss the project once we choose your bid), this is probably not a project for you. Good command of the English language is a must. The winning bidder will be given access to the website (we will provide a username/password to you), and will also be given access to the wholesale company's website (we will give you our username/password). We will also call the winning bidder on the phone, or will contact you on MSN/Yahoo Messenger to discuss the project, and to show you how to add the first product, etc., so you must be able to speak with us on the phone, or by MSN/Yahoo Messenger.
