We need content writing for our B2B printed/online marketing material.
The plan is a set of 5 different but related "sell sheets"/data sheets. 3 sell sheets will be a single page, printed on both sides, and 2 sell sheets will be 2 pages, booklet format, printed both sides.
We need a writer that can properly express the benefits of our services to our prospects. Most of the base material will be provided to you. It is possible that you may need to inquire detail from us.
All the work needs to follow this guideline:
1. State benefit(s) to reader at headlines.
2. Include features of benefits.
3. Explain why customers should partner with us (benefit+feature+what sets us apart)
4. Clear call to action.
5. "Talk" first person to the reader.
Keep in mind this is all for B2B.
We have a design team in place, all we need is content.
Content needs to cover 2/3 of a standard american A4 ([url removed, login to view] x11in) page.

Last item: we are a commercial janitorial services provider, so the subject is a little on the dry side. We expect your strong marketing background to make it more approachable. Make no mistake about it, the goal is to increase sales with this material.
