Hi All, I work for a Telecoms giant and been working with them for last 7.5 years. Going back 1999 when I joined I was the cheapest and 2 years later in 2001when I wanted to leave this company they raised my salary. Then came IT downfall & in 2002/20023 they cut my salary by 25%. As of now they pay me less and about 40% less than market value or some of my colleague. I have asked for pay rise again and this time they have requested to create a proper business case on “Why I deserve a pay rise? What is my importance to their organization??. I work on number of technical and software projects with this firm and I can see I am a valuable asset for them. There are just about 5 people who can carry the work I do out of thousands. I can see I am business critical but not sure if management recognizes the same way. My work is moved a lot from small admin things going back 7.5 years to working on the most sensitive systems but no overtimes or extra money is available in return to carry these tasks. I also never gained any training in time I have spent with them. I invested my own time, money and resources to educate myself & gain considerable experience in the work I carry for them. I need business case which should be a WORD document with at least 6 to 10 pages in detail describing my qualities and why I am a valuable to this organization. You do need to supply me your Yahoo MSN id with landline phone number. The delivery time for this Task is Sunday 05/03/2006 Evening. If I get a rise due to this case I am happy to pay 100$ Bonus on top of your quote. Thanks
