Project Description

Hello. Thank you for reviewing this project. The purpose is to do a three week trial and then hopefully work with the selected provider for the coming months (through end of 2008).

We would like for someone or a firm to aggregate music industry news for us in an executive summary format. The summary would contain links to the full articles and other references.

We would like this summary every week on Saturday morning 08:00EST. It should contain information regarding the following:

1 - Major news or significant trends from or about the big four record label or any major independents (we will provide the list).

2 - Updates on the happenings/references of competitor sites and services

3 - Updates on digital distribution trends/sites/etc

4 - New services that are being used by artists and/or showing up in news articles

5 - Updates relating to YouTube, FaceBook & MySpace - news, lawsuits, happenings

This information should be international and not just US and UK focused. If there is a new site in India, Germany, China or Japan that is generating a buzz, we want to know what they do and who they are targeting.

We are a company that is working on a new compensation structure for musicians. Any questions will be answered through the PMB.

We will require escrow. The initial bid should be for one week trial, which we will renew three times (through additional project postings). The funds will be released when we receive the summary. Any formatting changes should be incorporated in the next week's summary. This is a work in progress and we appreciate your time and efforts.
