75 White hat articles.

I'm looking for a resource to do 75 articles. I would like this resource to be thinking white hat as they are righting the articles. I think each article should be an individual html page. I want 15 articles for each of theses topics. SEO, Flash, MS SQL, MS-Access, web design. 5 articles that would be of interest to a beginner, 5 intermediate articles and 5 advanced articles for each topic. It would be nice to see what your game plan might be. Maybe your thoughts on what might benefit both of us on a weekly basis to make my site of value. I will pay in full at the 1/2 point. How much? How many days?
