Who we are:

We are a faith-based marriage ministry and have various projects we need help with. Weekend to Remember® holds 80 different weekend marriage conferences across the US every year, averaging 600 people per event. We engage with our alumni and prospects primarily through email, social media and radio channels, targeting christian married women, ages 25-50 with young children and the desire to grow in their faith and their marriage.

We are looking for someone who aligns with our (christian) values and has some familiartiy with our parent brand - FamilyLife. We'd also like you to understand our target audience and know how to speak to married women in a positive, encouraging way- with the theme of the content being "Great Marriages Don't Just Happen". (you have to be proactive in your marriage if you want it to thrive). Budgets will vary by project but we're interested in finding a long-term partner who can turn out work on short notice (around a weeks time). Please do not bid if you are not a believer and have no experience with event marketing copy.

Project Description:

-----This particular project out for bid is to help us draft a one-page letter that will serve as an introduction to our corporate sponsorship plan. We would need a short (75 words or so) intro paragraph to go in a mass email and then a page of copy on our website (and for print) explaining the benefits of a business owner paying for their employees to attend our marriage getaway. Divorce is hard on everyone involved but costs businesses hundreds of dollars in time off and general unhappiness in the workplace. The goal would be to explain the benefits of the program, the various options and encourage them to reach out for more information on sponsoring their employees (and his/her spouse) to attend.
