Project Description

The concept:
This project evolves around a key performance indicator program for car dealers and focuses on the following three performance area’s: sales, parts, and service. At this moment it is excel driven and I want to create a database driven program that can be accessed through internet. Different dealer organizations should be able to log in from their computers and fill in the data related to their organization. So it should be platform independent. It should also be accessible for me to change certain parameters.

The example:
I will send you 2 examples of the excel based programm’s and ask you to look at it and time it and price it.
Example is a sales example:
1. The inputform sales monitor (tab 1): is the form where the performance is identified. All green fields must be filled in by management all dark red fields are calculations that result from the input. The calculations are quite basic as you can see. From a database perspective a dealer should be able to log in, every individual sales person gets 1 monthly input form.

The sales monitor (tab 2) : This is the output of the input form on a sales person basis and done for 1 month. This form calculates the activities the sales person needs to do. In the final set up we need a daily overview of the sales activities and a weekly overview of the other elements (results, sources)

The daily sales form. This is an input form that the sales person needs to fill in every day and should be linked to the sales monitor form. It in fact represents the sales process activities and should be linked to the actual. In this project we need to create an overview based on the performance of different sales persons.
