Looked at the profiles, think yours looks best suited to what I need. I have Vtiger 5.2.1 installed and recently started using, need the following customizations done:
1) Trouble Ticket
We want to use the Trouble Ticket as a full Job Management System.
We need the following on it still:
a. Product, we need to know what products the client currently has installed by us, and the capacity used. Example:
We will sell a clien a Telephone System, equipped for 4 analogue lines and 8 analogue extensions. The client has used 3 lines and 6 extensions. We want the trouble ticket to show such information on there. So maybe a drop down list after the product has been selected that shows the last entered configuration.
Should the client add an additional extension, we must be able to update it.
This can be automatically done as we are not using Vtiger for Invoicing (yet..).
b. Client Address and Contact Details &acirc;€“ we would like this to be printed on the Trouble Ticket. Technicians don&acirc;€™t always have access to proper high speed internet, SA mobile broadband is too expensive for that and too few techs have phones large enough to really see the screen properly.
c. Who Captured the Trouble Ticket &acirc;€“ I didn&acirc;€™t see this option, is it in there? To see who captured the trouble ticket? We are not usign the Web Portal, we wont be letting clients capture the trouble ticket, they are just too misguided in that at times.
d. Accounts and Contact person &acirc;€“ we want to see contact person who reported the trouble ticket (from the drop down list and select from current contacts) as well as Account. The Trouble Ticket must be logged against the account, the contact person is additional so that the technician know who to report to on site.
I currently use the Vtiger Outlook Plug in. The problem with this is that I need to select every email to link to the contact person. Is there anyway that it can automatically see the email address and auto sync with the account linked to that email address? So that when I click on the account or the contact person I can see that email and any attachements? I think this would be development too, so if you can please give me the cost to do this it would be great.

Vtiger is used for a Sales and Technical tool. Sales, Admin and Technical People will have remote access via [url removed, login to view] as we have public IP Addresses.
Vtiger is stored on our server.
Outlook 2010 is used on every pc, no exchange server, with Windows 7.
Let me know if you have any questions. You will need to say what you going to charge me, I dont know what developers charge, I normally do all my own stuff or do without.
