Project Description

This project involves designing a residence for a family of four (4). The father works outside the home, the mother has her own business at home designing web pages. One child is school age, handicapped and requires a wheel chair, but the other child is not and requires day care. Your clients decided to have a nanny come to their home to provide this childcare. The children are three (3) and six (6) years old. One child is a boy the other a girl. The residence must provide a quiet place to work while still providing indoor and outdoor play areas for the children. Your clients entertain individual clients and large groups of clients frequently. This must be taken into consideration in your design. Your clients are very artistic and will not be satisfied with living in a plain rectangular box. And it CANNOT have a interior smaller than 3200 square feet, total interior.

Needs to be done in 2D and use AutoCad 2010 or 2011. Or use AutoCad Revit Architecture which is 3D. These's are the only programs I have access to, because I may need to do changes.
